The Power On Demand ( POD/ACG ) has been invented by Tim Harwood and John Jankowski. All the diagrams and details for building the POD device has been published and shared free at : http://www.geocities.com/theadamsmotor/pod2.html
Today, I have replicated the POD and
the ACG devices and conducted some tests and measurements.
You will find below the current tests results :
